Fronted by future Cold Blood vocalist Lydia Pense, Bay Area folk-rock quintet the Newcastle Five would eventually mutate into top mod unit the Art Collection. Although the Newcastle Five didn't release any recordings during the group's brief life, Pense and the band did manage to record a set of three ace PF Sloan-meets-Jackie DeShannon janglers before splitting up.
